Two years after John announced on our honeymoon that he wanted to quit his job and "do something in cheese," we unlocked the front door to our very own cheese shop in 2010.

What ultimately started as a humble Cheese Shop in a beloved neighborhood, our business has grown to include the Cheese Housewhere we offer public tasting classes and private events, a national e-commerce program, and a wholesale program sourcing and distributing artisanal cheese and meat across Texas.
